CartRoute Procurement Terms of Service

CartRoute Procurement provides independent buyer-side sourcing coordination. It is not a vehicle manufacturer, authorized dealer, regulator, importer of record, insurer, finance provider or legal adviser.

Request scope

Buyers are responsible for supplying accurate intended use, configuration, quantity, destination and timing. Supplier identification and quotation coordination do not constitute endorsement, approval, warranty or confirmation of availability.

Quotation and evidence

Prices, minimum order quantities, samples, lead times, specifications, warranty terms and documents require confirmation for the exact supplier and order. Buyers must review contracts and verify vehicle category, model, configuration, model year, destination applicability and any unit-level evidence.

Compliance and delivery

Import, registration, road use, inspection acceptance, taxes, duties and destination services remain subject to applicable parties and rules. Total procurement cost can differ from vehicle price because inspection, inland transport, freight and destination charges may be separate.

Benefit eligibility

FREE sourcing support and support valued at up to 3% are conditional: eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential material without authority. Service availability may change while active inquiries and agreed obligations remain governed by their applicable records.
